Please note that extra rooms will be charged at £15 per room (inc. garage, garden, conservatory, 2nd bathroom/2nd reception etc.)
We reserve the right to add additional costs if the rooms are excessively large or overstocked with furniture/crockery etc. In this event, the clerk will try all available means to contact the instructing principle whilst still at the property to gain further instruction.
Aborted visits will be charged at £50 unless 24 hours notice of cancellation is given. If access is not allowed, possible, or safe, it will be treated as an aborted visit.
