Interim Reports
It is recommended that interim inspections be carried out every three months in order to maintain the condition of the property and its contents. It ensures that both parties are covered throughout the tenancy and prevents any minor issues that may occur from becoming major problems.
While every measure is taken to inspect the property, personal items belonging to a tenant will not be touched and therefore it is an overview, rather than a detailed report. It is also an opportunity for tenants to report any defects or faulty items that can in turn be fixed rather than be left to create more complicated issues.
