New Inventory Service

An inventory is a comprehensive list of contents, fixtures and fittings, accompanied by a detailed description of their condition. The Report is supported by digital photographs and signed by both parties. It provides an accurate condition of the property and its contents at the recorded time and date and ensures that the property is returned in the same state, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.

The inventory must always be carried out by a third party, independent inventory specialist in order for it to be considered an unbiased report. In the eventuality of a dispute at the end of the tenancy, it can then be resolved by referring back to the check-in report as it has been validated as a reliable source of condition.
